Tai Chi & Mindfulness

Follow Along Tai Chi 
Wednesdays 8am (not if it's raining)
@ Empire State Plaza (by the pools- near Agency #2)
Tai Chi (Chuan 24) practice  Approximately 10 minutes warm up, 10 minutes Tai Chi (one round) and 10 min Chi Qong
Not a class! = no instruction.  I won't be speaking- just practicing- (Often, my eyes are closed)

Mindfulness Mixed practice-
Wednesdays 6-7pm

Gentle Yoga, Streching, Meditation, Chi Qong
